If you voluntarily request a price though any medium we may collect a name for reference purposes only. If you voluntarily place an order we will collect a name and contact details to able to supply the product and complete the transaction. We do not store or collect any sensitive or unnecessary data. We do not collect data ourselves using cookies.
How will we use the information about you?
If we collected a name for reference to a price, it will be filed to enable us to retrieve the price if requested by you for the duration the price is valid (usually 21 - 30 days). This never is shared or used in any other way. If we collected a name and contact details for an order, this will be used to enable us to process the order, and supply the product or service voluntarily requested. Order details will be filed for the duration of any warranty, along with vat receipt details for the duration required by UK law. We only give a copy of your price given or order made to you. We do not use your information for any other purpose, and do not share your information with anyone unless required to do so by UK law.

We do not carry out any direct marketing by post, telephone, or email etc.
